    Fleck & Uhlich offers consulting services when key business decisions need to be made. Our own experience and that available through our network of clients can provide the answers to questions which otherwise might consume valuable time.

    We also provide financial and estate planning services aimed at minimizing tax liability for clients. By working with the clients' legal counsel as well as our own attorney whose experience includes ten years employment with the Internal Revenue Service's Estate Division and 25 years private practice.
